I use Rod Brown's Juice Calculator. It keeps all inventory for you and reminds you when you're running low on anything. You just have to add each flavor to it's built in database. You can create shopping lists and it has a ton of other features. It's a VERY nice program

I downloaded it a few weeks ago and just haven't had / taken time to play with it. Initial poking around looked very promising though. I'll have to spend some time with it to learn it.
