Can I use Toasted Almond TFA instead of Marzipan? Also, I have extreme ice and wintergreen...if I added a small amount of one would it give it a fresh minty taste? Which one could do that....I'm thinking the ice.

It might work if you up Vienna to 2%. I'm not familiar with the strength of TFA toasted almond, but I would keep it low. As far as trying to mint it up, give it a shot, but add it low. You can always add more, but can't take it away.

I hope you like it. Try not to over pour FA pistachio, it's strong stuff and can be a little bitter fresh.

Mixed this up as originally posted last night, and its really tasty! Thanks for posting, hadnt found a suitable use for the pistachio yet. I think I also have some GF pistachio laying around I will revisit now too. Nice work!

OH MY!! I mixed this up the same night but I tweaked it out to my taste bc I only had toasted almond. I added a sweetener and 0.5% Koolada and bam! I have a new love in my life!!! Thank you so much Squonk!!
