Please Help someone

my name is Charles franklin I would like some help or some suggestions on what to do just to let you know about me I am a 52 year old man I have had 2 strokes and am dealing with a good possibility of cancer I have lost 65lb in 3 weeks I am not looking for sympathy I just don't know what to do in January I purchased an ijoy rdta mod loved it it help me stop smoking 2 pack of cigarettes. A day in February one side of the screen stopped I filed a clam took all the steps they asked for they said that they would send me a new mod great gave all my information and was told I would get a tracking number 85 emails back and forth later I was told it was shipped think god a week latter I ask for a tracking number was told they would check a week later I sent an email telling them about the situation I was going through and was kinda upset it had been and ask if they were just waiting for me to die I know that was wrong but with everything that has been going at that time this has been going on for seven months the response was it would be referred to management a few days later I ask for update no response I was always told care for others and others will care for you if anyone can help please ***EDITED BY STAFF*** PM OP here in the forum.

I'm sorry to say that this is the same treatment many have received from them, myself included. Their moto should be No Joy with iJoy service!

Sadly, that seems to be the case with many manufacturers. You aren't alone. That's why, as soon as I could, I bought more than one vape device. So if something goes wrong with one, there's at least one backup.

Sorry to hear that, I am sure with everything you are going through another head ache is not what you needed. IMO I would go and get another mod. As mentioned above it is a good idea to have a back up. That way when you do get it back if anything were to happen to either you have a back up.

Anyone who's truly serious about vaping instead of smoking cannot afford to have only one of anything. It's all too fallible, and you can't run out to the corner store to get another, as you can with cigarettes. If you're really serious about not smoking, you have to make it always easier to vape than to run out to get cigarettes -- a backup for your backup's backup.

You could look at the Pico or Pico25. They are good starter mods, don't break the bank and have a good following. They are available in kits so you will have a extra tank also. I have one and it is in my daily rotation.
