Pre-filled cartridges

Guys! i'm new to vaping and I'm just wondering what's the deal with the pre-filled cartridges? Do they fit on any 510 threaded vaping device? Like the Vasopresso Veco Solo/ Innokin Endura T18?

In my experience, different cartridges that look very similar, do not necessarily fit every 510 threaded vaping device. My wife's exxus snap has a slightly smaller opening than some of the other brand cartridges fit. No drugs, just the brand she chose at the store she went to.
