Problem with Istick 30w

I've had my 30w for almost 5 months now and I've had zero problems. Was using it on the way home and I go power low so I set it down, got to the house and stuck it on the charger. Went to fire it and it said lock. So I held the two arrow keys until unlock popped up. Fired it and it immediately said lock. Turned it off and turned it on repeated to ensure it was unlocked, fired it and it immediately said lock.

I repeated this a few more times but keep getting the same result. Can anyone help?

I have that I stick 30 and works flawlessly since they came out love that thing. Did you clean where the pin is very well and did you try another tank on it. while unlocking it. Also try hooking it back on the charger for few min some times this resets them.

Got it working I took tank off swapped coil stuck on charger and started working again. I like the 30w, but I've been looking at box mods the top of mine has started to come loose a bit as well. Not very much, but enough to concern me.

There are two star bits that hold it on you can simply tighten them.. You can het the star bit at the hardware for couple dollars.
