Problem with lung hits

Hey folks, few days ago I've bought Kangertech SUBVOD starter kit and was trying lung hits since then. The problem is that the vapor gets unbearably hot and the atomizer starts spitting little drops of hot liquid into my mouth/throat after ~ 2 seconds. I tried multiple liquids, multiple pg/vg ratios (best was 100%vg but it was still happening). Tried slow/fast/something in between draws, tried adjusting the airflow and everything. I was only mouth to lungs vaping until now so I have no idea what am I doing wrong here and can't figure it out Any help would be appreciated!

How are your batteries and coils?
those can make a difference in vape quality, low battery can cause juice spitting and so can a bad coil, also what wattage are you vaping at, with what coil/tank?

Tried with full battery and coil is brand new from the starter kit. I believe the maximum wattage is 3.7, depends on what coil I am using. I use ssocc 0,5 ohm atomizer and toptank nano (both from the starter kit, I didn't customize anything).

Bad coil? How many coils have you tried?
Did you also start at low wattage and work your way up?

Tried only the one from the kit. Looks like that would be the only reasonable explanation then. I think I'm off to buy a new one. Thanks for helping

Your last post showed only the first 2 sentences last time so I missed to answer the rest. I can't manually adjust the wattage, it adjusts automatically depending on how many ohms does the coil have. I'll sure will. Thanks!
