Problem with new Cool Fire 4

I just got a brand new Cool Fire 4 and it wont charge. The led lights on the power button flash and Innokin Technology flashs on the screen when it is plugged in. It wont turn on or do anything else.. Any ideas?

Might take it to your local vape shop and see if they can figure it out, or hopefully it's under warranty and your going to have to contact the reseller and return it for a replacement. Bummer.

I have tried with the switch on and off. It won't even charge. I think I got a dud. Went and got an ipv instead

What does turning on the mod have to do with charging it?
