Hey guys. Does anyone know about these purple pvtso imr 18650's? They claim 35 amp continuous and 2800 mah. I don't really know anyone who uses them and can't find any test info online. .... but I bought a bunch before I was using mechs. I'm just starting to realize what's on the wrap might not be true and was hoping someone had some info about how much they can actually handle safely. Thanks

I have one of the 1500 mah ~ 30 amp ones. I see they don't have that particular one on Mad Vapes any longer. It works, but I don't have anything that will use it at the +20 amp or higher level. They all appear to be re-wraps. That one you are talking about is likely some 20 amp re-wrap. IMHO.

Yea I have been pushing them a little bit. They actually seem to stay cooler than my 25r's but that might just be in my head. I haven't had any issues around the .2 area. At .14 they do get warm but nothing that worries me too much
