Question about Kayfun Lite v2

Hiya peoples, my kayfun arrive this afternoon
I just built my 1st coil, 4 string of kanthal 30 ga twisted for a 0.66 ohm.
Coil fully red from center out.
With my kami organic cotton.

It doesnt taste as good as my kanger mega tank.
The air hole is tiny(full open)

Anyone know what i did wrong?
Also becuz the air hole is super small, it would take like 10 second for me to draw a full breath, wonder if it'll be bad for my batteries or coil

I've come across this issue a few times when I first started rebuildables. My initial assumption is that you used too much cotton and there isn't enough air flow passing through. Try fluffing the cotton a little more once their through the coil and cutting the ends off- basically just use a little less cotton- I'd bet that'd help. just realized this is an extremely old thread- lol, sure you've figured it out by now

Agree with Pegasus. Sounds like too much cotton. The Lite V2 is possibly my favorite atty. Kayfun's are traditionally a tighter draw, but in this case it sounds like it's probably the cotton that is restricting the air flow. You can also remove the 'airflow' screw on the bottom which will open it up a little more.
