I want to start learning how to build those crazy builds, i.e: Clapton build, Alien build, etc. and I was wondering if they only function on mechanical mods or can I build them for my regulated box mods? I have the Snow Wolf 200w TC.

You will (imho) want high wattage to run the builds well. So either build super low resistance or use a regulated box.
I've. Been runnin a dual clapton 26/32 ga at .63 ohm with about 100-110 watts. Its pretty insane in flavor and clouds. I also like a really warm vape. Ymmv

Thank you! I've been wanting to try my first Clapton build but I saw a lot of videos of people using mechanical mods for these builds, and I only have regulated mods.

Just make sure you build within your mods limits. Try not to max out amps or volts or watts and you are golden.
I built a 20 wrap 24 dual that came in at (IIRC) .76 and took at least 100 watts to get a vape. I ran her around 130+/- watts for all day vape fun. (Kamry god 180. love the damn thing but she's to heavy to be an all day device anymore) my fused clapton using 26/32/36 was beast that ohmed out to .56. Had to use the 26650 mutation xl for enough deck space but damn was the vape good at 145+ watts
