Question concerning wattage

I familiar with ohms law, since I work with electrical components quite frequently. I also know that voltage x amps = watts. My question is how do you determine the best wattage for your coil? I'm new to vaping so I'm trying to figure out of its super important to have the correct amount of watts or if it's more of you just set it to what you like.

No problems, hope someone will be along to help you out. Have you looked up the coils to see if they explain what wattage they run on?

Best wattage for a coil depends on your vaping style. Start low and work up to a number that you enjoy. Its really as simple as adjusting to your taste.

Good to know. Thanks for the info. I looked up the coils yes but they had a broad range.

So your using pre built coil heads? Still, just adjust to your taste. So long as your not getting flooding or dry hits, its whatever you like. Thats the beauty of regulated mods. If you want to run a .5 ohm coil at 20 watts or 100, so long as you get a satisfying vape its all good.

Interesting stuff, so the board in the mod automatically regulates voltage depending on your resistance and power setting. Good to know. Thanks again.
