Dates are really only a general guideline when it comes to eliquids and flavorings. I've had some go bad long before they should have, and others last much longer than the expected lifetime. Part of it depends on the chemicals in it and part of it depends on how it's stored. If it still smells right and looks good, then it should be fine. From my experience, the most likely thing to happen is for the flavor to lose some of its flavor notes and become weak or dull.

Your e liquid is fine to vape. A best before date is in relation to quality not safety. So as Outweat said it may have lost some of its flavour but it is still safe to vape.

I have a few FA's in the old (white cap) bottles, they are all still fine.
Interesting - where did you buy it from, and can you show a picture of the bottle?
Some flavors last for ages, others die in a relatively short time (as already said, they don't go bad, they just lose flavor). What flavor is it?
Interesting - that's an original bottle. Did you buy it from Bull City Vapor (they're the only ones that sell original bottles in the US)?
Based on my experience, that flavor is good for much longer - I recently pulled up a tiny sample bottle I bought of that a couple of years ago,and it seemed fine!

Most FA concentrates last for years, even at room temperature, just keep them away from light.
They're pretty conservative about "best before" dates, I'm still using some FA concentrates supposedly expiring in 2014 and they're still good

Good flavor, I've been using at 2-3%, and adding a just little Cream & Vanilla, but it works stand alone too.
