Quick MVP2 battery question

I bought an ITaste MVP2 mod as an upgrade and supplement to my Itaste VV.

When my VV shows yellow, it means get that puppy on the charger or it's gonna die.

When the MVP button turns yellow, what has it got left?

TIA

It's gonna be pretty much the same as your VV.
When yellow you can still vape for a while. Once you get so low that you can no longer vape the light turns red. No more vape after that point. Best thing imo is to get it to the charger when light hits yellow.
Fortunately the device has a safety feature which keeps it from being able to overly discharge the battery.
You should be able to get quite a few puffs on the yellow light though. But I am inclined to believe it's easier on the battery to charge it before or as soon as yellowing occurs.
If I remember right it turns yellow when it has dropped to 3.7 volts.

In my experience I can vape quite a bit on yellow. Yellow is a warning that you're running low, red is like being on E in your car. You can drive on E for a bit but its gonna die very soon. I've had my mvp2 for 8 months or so I think and still going strong despite vaping on red many times..

My mother shits golden bricks and twinkies when her mvp hits yellow.
I explained she has hours of use left and only worry when it his red.

Now if I could get her to use the damned rings so she does not over tighten her tank on all would be grand.

Your mother and my wife have to be related,I've had to get pliers out to get tanks off. When I gave her my MVP, when it turned yellow she came running asking "what do I do now"?I told her to keep vaping and let me know in a few hours when it turns red.

Noting like nearly dislocating your knuckle trying to get the atty off or ripping a nail up off the bed trying to unscrew it.
I keep on her about the rings and gave up, she wont use them or listen and when that happens I refuse to rebuild her squashed coil.

Well my VV is about to bite the dust when it turns yellow. As in deader than a doorknob. Or other dead thing. In short order.

This weekend I may see how long my MVP will take to go from yellow to red. If I can I plug it in when it turns yellow.

Mine turns yellow at 3.7v, I haven't let it go to red.
I charge it at the same as I would a normal battery: at 3.6v or thereabouts.

I have vaped for a few hours on yellow as well. I've only had it hit red once while on a cruise, and it still vaped at least 20 mins after that.

If I have it set to 6W, I can get about 30 more puffs once it hits yellow. At 7W or 8W, about 10-15 puffs.

I got it down to red this afternoon. At that point I switched to my VV. I don't know how long I vaped on it in yellow. I missed seeing that altogether!

MVP2, mash the U and P buttons together, will show you the volts remaining in battery

If it gets to 3.7~ or lower...plug it in for a charge, 4.2 is full charge volts (Li Ion/Polymer standard volts scale)

And if you are close enough to the plug in receptacle, you can vape while charging.
As I am doing now with both. One is plugged into the wall, one into the 'puter.

A bit off topic, but have you ever stuck a "charge doctor" on your USB output to see what kinda juice your devices are pulling?

This one retains the mAh count, has 0-9 position

That's a nifty little gadget.
