Quick Question about batteries

What amperage rating do you use on the mech batteries.

Continuous or the Pulsing? I have a hades with a 26650 battery. Whats the lowest ohm level do you think is safe? Its rated at 60amp pulse (which I hear is overrated) and the continuous is rated at 15amps I believe. To me basing everything off the 15amp rating would be safer, correct?

I recommend using the 15amp rating. If anything goes wrong (an off and on loose short) you don't want to be using a battery that is already being pushed to it's pulse amp limit. You want some margin for error. That's just my view. Maybe a battery expert could weigh in.

most amp ratings are over rated. The only industry that actually uses the word amps and 18650's is the ecig industry.
Some would even say its a complete myth and should rated using a more accurate system.

another battery question?

Are they any places that list which type of battery goes with each device. flat top and button top. I see some can take either while others need one or the other.
Hoping there is a list, site or something where I could take the guess work out of which type.
