R80 TC update?

SMOK currently does not have a firmware update available for that regulated MOD.
If/when available, firmware updates are available via their support website:

Well, not sure what to tell you, other than "it's not available". Google can't find it and it's not on their website.
The next best thing to do is contact their USA support center.

If you have had the device for a while, it is very likely that the integrated battery has hit it's life span. You can remove the screws from the MOD and remove the battery to replace it. It is most likely a replaceable LiPo battery pack that you can purchase from an R/C hobby store. I do not have one of those specific MODs, however that is usually the available option.
Second option is to replace the entire MOD with one that is newer and better. There are many MODs released that are much better than that one, all at a very reasonable price point. Look at the Eleaf products, Pioneer4You products, etc. Many options to choose from and probably cheaper than the effort and cost to "fix" that one.
