Love the Tank, but the o-rings keep breaking. When I first got it I popped out the deck and the o-ring around the base was busted. Then popped in the other deck all was good until I went to swap decks and o-ring busted.

Roxy you need to get on them about the quality of the o-rings

I know. Not sure why I haven't killed any yet, but you're not the only one having this issue.

Haven't had the o-ring issue yet, the o-ring on my 2mm hole deck(only one I've used so far) is starting to get chewed up though, hasn't snapped yet, knock on wood.

Only thing that has failed on mine, and it was right out of the gate, is the drip tip, the delrin sleeve comes right off the metal part of the drip tip, first time I went to disassemble the tank for cleaning it happened. Not a big deal, but it happened, so I'll mention it.

There's nothing really holding the tip together and the tolerances are great when its cold...After it heats up enough to separate it happens more often, with nothing holding it on thats the nature of pressure fit items...

There is literally nothing holding mine together, heh, it came apart when I was unboxing it, so still cold, but like I said, its not really an issue, as you point out its the nature of the design. I don't mind the stock drip tip at all, still using it.

Ive been searching for another Tip that will fit over the Metal piece...Something similar to the Griffins Delrin Tip...still no luck, some are very very close but they still dont work...Maybe Ill have Miss Jess conjure something up!

Sounds like 3 reports of the drip tip issue. Mine are still all intact, even the prototype ones. Even after my foray into 200W vaping.

Leon did say they would add more deck o rings to the spare parts bag to help.

Hopefully the black one I pre-ordered comes with a few extra. Did you find out the size? That could be helpful for us to know so we can order some spares.

Mine arrived with a broken o ring on the second deck and no allen key (not that that mattered). I did contact subtank supply, and they said they would send me both O rings and an allen key when their new order came in. My delrin piece does come off the top, but it doesn't seem to matter - it goes right back on!

Great, they'll probably take the extra parts out of my box lol

Nothing pisses me off more about an atty than junk o-rings...I mean their so damn inexpensive, even the good brands....and just about every modder skimps on o-rings....unbelievable.

Just got my Boreas, slapped in some fused dual 26 gauge 316L/32 gauge KA1 claptons and its absolutely outstanding! I can't get over how nice the threads are and how smoothly the AFC/JFC moves. Really a winner here. Only con is the O-ring on the big juice flow deck was busted out of the box. Either way, Roxy you knocked it out of the park designing this :D

If you think about the workmanship, what people are saying about how well the tolerances are and just how fucken pretty it looks, how can they sell it at such a great price. The damn things American made and is just killing everything out there! I'm sure after rays review most of us would pay more for it. Great thorough review with all those extra tips from Ray, very good job! Roxy you did am awesome job and are setting the standard for anything out there or that will come out. What we look for in a tank is all here so thanks again Roxy and I can't wait for your encore!!
