Does the sore throat from using Rayon eventually go away? I really don't want a to stop using it. The flavor and production is great. Using a Stillare on Cartel Boss. 26 Kanthal 7 wraps .41ohm. Vaping Suicide Bunny's Derailed.

I've never experienced a sore throat form using rayon.
But it's possible that it's the nicotine or flavoring or PG that's causing the problem.

The rayon ( IMO ) gives a better nic hit, better flavor and just enhances the vape quite a bit compared to some other wicking mediums.
I've seen people mention sore throats and if I remember right it did go away eventually. But you may need to tweak your juices a bit

I've never experienced a sore throat from rayon, either. But, if you are having problems & think it's because of the rayon, try a different wicking medium for a bit and see if your sore throat resolves.

Never had an issue with sore throat w/rayon. While cotton expands when wet, rayon does not and can actually droop (so you want to use slightly more). I would check to see if you have a hot coil and try a rewicking.
