Rda rough neck

So bought rough neck rda doesn’t have regular 510 connection on the bottom. I could use multi meter but rather use my ohm reader that I have. would make difference if I put the coil I’m gonna be using on a cloud chaser 30 mm rda would the resistance be different reading then on my rough neck I know silly question but rather be safe then sorry

I use medical tape to tape the leads and them rub the adhesive off with rubbing alcohol. Its also why the ones in my stash still look new.
