ready to move on

been vaping my kangertech evod for over a year now and although I'm satisfied with the vape I cannot resolve the issues with the coil getting gunked up and also the flooding problem.I'm thinking of stepping up to a RTA and comparable battery.I could at least burn the gunk off the coil using an all metal deck vs. burning the rubber grommet on the kanger. There are so many products out there to choose from I was hoping to get some advice from my forum friends. Not looking for anything exotic and am not a cloud chaser.I do like to taste the flavor of the juice though. If my Kanger didn't have these issue I wouldn't be searching for anything else. Thanks for any suggestions....

My friend, there are so many choices.
What is your budget?
Thanks j3rian....would like to budget under one hundred for tank and battery.Didn't want to invest alot as I don't look at this as a permanent thing.....I still am looking to quit the vaping as I did cigaretts

Are you interested in learning how to wrap your own coils?

RTAs offer great flavor and vapor and in the long run will save you a whole bunch of money over purchasing pre made coils.

Get a Kayfun. There are several versions and a buzillion accessories available for them. I use mine on a 30w mod and only run it at 16.5w. For a mouth to lung rebuildable tank it's pretty much the benchmark.

Yeah the Kayfun would be nice although a little pricey for me.Was looking at Lemo 2.do you know any issues with it? mainly the flooding onto the battery is one of my concerns.

You can find good clones of the Kayfun/Russian online for a reasonable price.. The Lemo2 is supposed to be pretty good. I'm gonna buy one myself.

Authentic Kayfun's are horribly overpriced in my humble opinion. Quality clones can be had for cheap. My Ehpro Kayfun 3.1 was $45 from a local shop. It's pretty much flawless. Been using it for a year and the only issues I've ever had were my fault. Since I figured it out I've had zero problems.

I hit my Kayfun clone (Russian 91%) straight to lung no problems. Picked it up at a local shop for just $12...very affordable. I like it so much I'm gonna pick up a few more.

the lemo 2 is ok with up to 70 vg. (IMO) if you wick right, just like any other tank it wont leak. flavor is muted though... still good for the price, i just dont think it can handle thicker juices. if you use alot of pg this wont be an issue for you bc the high pg will offset the muted flavor lol. i would suggest you get the lemo drop if you can find it anywhere. the drip tip is crap, but its an awesome tank capable of max vg
