Real Flavors flavoring

I acquired some Real Flavors VG flavorings in a sale. Has anyone here used it? Could you please give me a starting percentage if you have? I have quite a few but the ones I want to try first are Bread Pudding and Pineapple Upside Down Cake. Thanks for any advice you can give me!

There VG flavorings require a lot to get going. Anywere from 8 to 12% and a long steep of 2 to 4 weeks. They have a raw extract line out now that is much more concentrated, 1 to 3% is all that is needed.

There already is a real flavors thread some were in the DIY section with a lot of great info.
