I have really enjoyed all 27 of the SC single flavors I have tested so far. They have all been tested between 0.8 and 2.5%. For me I think 2.5 - 3.5% total flavoring is best. The cookies n cream at 2.5% was outstanding but if/when I mix a big batch it will probably get bumped to 3.5% for some extra flavor.
I have tried 2 actual recipes so far just based on my single flavor tests:
Indian Bread v1.01 (RFSC)
1.50% Fried Dough (Real Flavors)
1.00% Baked Bread (Real Flavors)
1.00% Brown Sugar (Real Flavors)
It wasn't quite what I had in mind but it is a tasty bakery flavor. I will probably try it again and swap the dough/bread percents around a bit, and lower the brown sugar and add in some tpa/cap cinnamon danish until I order some RF SC Cinnamon Roll or Cinnamon Toast.
Vanilla Cheesecake Custard v1 (RFSC)
1.50% Vanilla Custard (Real Flavors)
1.00% Cheesecake (Real Flavors)
1.00% Graham Cracker (Real Flavors)
- initial smell = 2 much cheesecake, try lowering cheesecake and increasing vanilla custard by 0.25 or 0.5
- Day 1, think I may want to reduce cheesecake 0.25 and increase graham cracker by same percent
- A week later the cheesecake smell is still a bit strong but the flavors are mingling much better now when vaped. It's a keeper but will still try it with a bit lower cheesecake and higher custard percents.
I have a bunch of other known tfa/cap/fw recipes I am working on converting to all RF SC flavors for testing after I combine my current testers together to free up more of my 30ml tester bottles.
These two 20ml testers were both down to between 5 and 10ml and I decided to mix the remnants together to free up a testing bottle, and the resulting mix is quite tasty:
IBVC Custard V1.00 (RFSC)
0.75% Fried Dough (Real Flavors)
0.75% Vanilla Custard (Real Flavors)
0.50% Baked Bread (Real Flavors)
0.50% Brown Sugar (Real Flavors)
0.50% Cheesecake (Real Flavors)
0.50% Graham Cracker (Real Flavors)
