Nah, don't be. Learning your flavors is half the fun! I have similar flavors, just other companies. I do have the Peach from Hangsen. I liked it. Caps NY Cheesecake has a large fan base. Inawera are good flavors, I have a "handful" of those. They're good, too. Pretty concentrated, so you won't have to use much. There are a couple Capella's threads and Inawera threads running around these pages somewhere... lots of info in those.

Let us know how you like them!

I think I have or have had only two of those flavors before but I can share how I work with new flavors. First I'll get about an ounce of water for each flavor (I usually use plastic disposable cups) and add a drop or two of the flavoring to it and drink it. That gives me an indication of how strong each is and if I will like it (though vaping it tastes a bit different).

Depending on how strong I've judged a flavor to be, generally I'll figure out what percentage of flavoring I need to mix a small bottle (5 to 10 mls max) for each flavor individually at my preferred PG/VG ratio, use a mixing calculator to get my ratios then mix them without adding the nic yet, marking what percentage I used on the bottle. Usually these bottles I put in two tightly sealed, good quality zip lock bags (at least double protection from water getting in the bottles is best) and drop into almost boiling hot water for about 30 minutes to an hour then take them out, add nic once they have cooled down a bit and give them a good shake either manually or in my sonic jewelry cleaner for 15-30 minutes (a milk frother works great too but you can't mix directly in the bottle if you're going to use one) then leave them alone until they completely cool off. At that point they should taste like they have steeped for about a week or two depending on the type of flavoring.

Now that each flavor is done I'll test each separately in a small flavor dripper to see if the percentages are correct and they taste good, keeping notes as I go. I'll set aside any that don't taste right as those might need more steeping or percent adjustment. The ones that do taste good I have fun mixing together a few drops at a time to test and see what tastes good mixed together, again keeping notes. By the time you work your way through the bottles you should have a good idea what percentage each flavor should be at, which flavors work together in what approximate ratios and how long each flavor needs to steep for best results.

It's all a bit tedious sounding, I know, but it's the best way I've found to be sure and not waste flavoring. Those notes will come in handy later, trust me. Hope that helps a little.

BTW, Inawera flavoring is extremely strong so start those off at like 1 or 2 percent, no joke. Good luck!

You may want to search up reviews for the Inawera Strawberry Ripe so you're not suprised by it. I've read that one has a pine/forest taste to it. The Shisha Strawberry was recommended for a good Ina strawberry, it's supposed to be closer to a sugary Strawberry with no pine funk. Unless you were looking for a Strawberry w/pine added

LOL, no PhD, just experience talking. I've been mixing for almost 2 years now. Once you go through the process I discribed, you get the feel for your flavorings and can come up with percentages for recipes in your head quite easily. I've been able to pick out what flavors are used in different juices I vape because of that. Even clone some pretty closely. I do have a pretty good palette though. Some people won't be able to do that.

CAP NY Cheesecake (as a base for fruits, or good as stand alone) 1-3%.
Then add some Blueberry or Peach at 1-2%.

Try CAP Cake Batter at 5% stand alone.

HS Cream (good one), can be added to just about anything for a creamy mix, 0.5%

Graham Cracker can be added to these also at 1-3%.
