Yes Typically it is a Caramel/Vanilla Tobacco. Most DIY people use TFA Double RY4 flavor as a base. Then add other flavors to make it anyway you like. There are people who are on a major hunt to try and find what they consider the best RY4 flavor possible.

1% inawera bicuit
2% fa catalan cream
1% fa cream fresh

Can be a snv if you like that citrusy edge the catalan cream delivers, or let it smooth out over a day or two.

The only DIY recipes I make that are continuously mixed are my Tobacco Blends. The others like Fruits and Deserts change all the time. Although even the Tobacco blends evolve. I get bored easily I guess.
