I'm trying to get a general estimate on this. I've run into a lot of issues with various stock and Aspire coils on my STM, and I don't want to accidentally burn a coil. I enjoyed the first ever notch coil I used on my STM, but the rest have since been either underwhelming or duds that were dead on arrival.

Bump.
Start low, take a couple hits at 25 Watts. Go up by 5 until you get an enjoyable vape. This prevents you from damaging and your coils and helps break them in.
I was Vaping around 45-55 watts on the 0.3 coils.

There is no correct wattage based on an ohm number....... the only time ohm determines wattage is when using an unregulated mod......
I start all builds 10 watts below targeted wattage. ..
Coil heads I tend to start 10 to 20 watts below marked range or in the 15 to 20 watt range.
Basically the same thing regardless build or ohm . Start LOW work up to desired vape.... when happy wattage is correct.
