Ok i gust got the fuchai 200. It will fire down to .05. My question is battery safety i got the sonny 18650 2600mah and i have a new set of efest3100 mah both r 3.7v. So my real question is according to the charts i have found neither can go that low so is there other things in the device that allows it to be safe or am i looking at bad charts. Or the device may fire but not safely.

Sony VTC5 are very frequently counterfeited, but even if you've got legit ones you're safe to 20A at best. The Efest, not so much.

That said, is there a reason you really feel you need to run 0.05 at 200 watts? If it absolutely must be done (I strongly suggest you don't do it), use Sony VTC3 or VTC4 batteries (good to 30A, but also frequently faked).

That's my big post on all sorts of things beginners would be well-served to know. Personally, unless you're using TC I'd keep the resistance above 0.2, and the only batteries I use are those from LG, Sony, or Samsung rated for 20A continuous discharge or above...if you're going above 120 watts with regularity, look for 30A batteries, otherwise the VTC5 (provided they're legit) should serve you well, though I'd pick up a pair of LG HE2 or HE4 or Samsung 25R as spares and take those Efests back and plunk the shop owner in the head with 'em.

I'm not a wrapper pro, but from what I know battery wrappers are a thin PVC that are fitted and shrunk using low heat, like from a hair dryer or a heat gun set to low used at a distance...if you've got some shrink wrap for electrical wiring I'm thinking it should work - hopefully someone who knows more than me on that will chime in...
