I am already doing this, diluting down 48mg/ml e liquid with VG and adding flavors, it's way cheaper than buying e liquid at a store. It's a no brainer, regulation or not.

Clive is spot on. I will NOT comply! Good luck with "regulating" (or taxing) the nic I already have stashed in my freezer. I realize not everyone is willing to "prep" that way, but I'd rather not have to buy directly from sketchy suppliers in China, or handle nic that's more than 10% (100mg/ml).

yes just as in the case of the alcohol prohibition were people were getting posined from bathtub gin and moonshine, now we will have people buying cheap dangerous crap from china....or mexico..or wherever...

I have 1.5 gallons of 100 mg/ml nicotine base in my freezer. Well, I already used some of it, but with 3 mg/ml, it's going to last me for quite a while. Fuck regulations!
