Just pulled the trigger on the DNA200 one as well. Got it at vapenw.com with 3 batteries for $135.96. Best price I've seen so far. Used coupon code 20%offblackfriday. Whichever one I like better I keep, the other goes on eBay.

No one said that you can't. I'm sure its possible; but, possible and practical are two different things.
Additionally, it is my OPINION that charging 3 18650s (in series) is taking a chance that I don't think is necessary; especially, for a hobbyist who will probably have a stash of batteries. If not a stash willing to buy an extra set. It would be like buying a truck but not willing to to spend the extra money on gas over what a 4 Cylinder Toyota would get.
Is it a definite pipe bomb? No it's not; but, it is another avoidable potential hazard.
-just my opinion but I am always overly cautious when it comes to current.

On top of what Firebird said, it will take around 8 hours to charge three 3000mah 18650's via the USB cable at 1 amp. To me, it seems like using a charger would be the way to go.

Now I'm confused..yea tc works with ss on the dna200. That was actually the biggest reason I bought it.
it doesn't have the profile for it out of the box. You have to use escribe to set it up.
