I just bought this setup today and my rda isn't sitting fish on my mod.. it's really noticeable and ugly.. is this just from the long 510 or is something not right with my setup

There are a lot of RDA's and tanks that won't sit flush on the RX200. It's not a problem with your Twisted Messes but rather the 510 on the RX.

Ive got the RX200 and have the TM2 and it sits flush. I use all sorts of tanks and rdas on my RX and every single one of them sits flush, even the TFV4 which was suppose to be the worst one to use on the RX. Might be a problem with the 510, or it just needs broken in more.

Same here. I've never really had any issues. Some don't sit completely flush but nothing that's very noticeable. Most importantly, I everything I screw down fires. It's totally not my speed but I bought a CCI Maus tank and I'm interested to see how that sits on the RX.

Well it seems like Joyetech 510's are crap pure and simple. Some people have no issues and others have lots. Joyetech themselves said if you use a tank with a 510 that's too long it voids the warranty. That's why I was surprised when they came out with the 200s they didn't improve the connection (more travel). You are basically screwing tanks down at your own risk, some will work fine, others will make the mod start to not recognize tanks because the 510 connection will be damaged.

Well, I didn't mean that would happen. Most people that do end up having problems (not everyone does), it's that the 510 gets pushed down to far and the mod won't fire anymore. A lot of people end up using a spacer so they can screw it down tight but not damage the connection.

Cheers,
Steve
