Mine was very tight too, but I got the deck out easy and just started to build. I wicked with some in that extra cut in the channel at first and had problems keeping up, second time around I did the roll under and tuck on the deck, and very nice performance. As far as performance it is on par with a Orchid v4 for flavor, but the convenience factor of the easy filling and able to service the deck, and huge air flow for the lung hitters, makes it a great tank.
I will have to freeze it in a few days to get it all apart for a clean and juice change, probably sand down the ends of the screws a bit too cause it can cut kenthal rather easy.
For me very happy with it.
