So an RDTA is literally an RDA with a hugeee wellAn RDTA basically works like a root system. Pulls the juice up from a reservoir on the bottom of the RDA and keeps the wick wet in an attempt to prevent having to drip as frequently.
Its all in how you use it and set it up man.
Have RTA's that taste amazing on a regulated or parallel mech but taste muted on a single battery tube. They just need that extra power and or electronic magic to get right.
Have RDA's that taste amazing on everything and some that taste like nothing on everything.
I am falling in love with some of the RDTA's as of recent experimentation and are starting to like them more and more.

Do RDTAs give out better flavour than an RTA as well as being just as convienient? To me, the rdta stuff seems closely related to gennys - and they had a sort of spill-issues.
Personally, I detested RDA's and all that dripping-nonsense, so when they became affordably available I tried squonking. I then upgraded ASAP from a mech to the Gbox 200 - squonking is the One True Way to using RDA's effectively. And, with such as the Wasp Nano and Haku clones dirt cheap, you can't go far wrong.
RTA's remain useful as well - like, when you run out of juice in the squonker and switch to an RTA riding a DNA mod ;while you fill the squonker -)
Yeh I expected this, subjective depending on what device you use...do you have any recommendations for RTAS or RTDAS?RTAs have the deck inside the tank. this is the most common thing to see. A RDTA has either:
1. the deck above the tank and the wicks run down into the tank (most Common), or
2. the deck below the tank and the juice is pulled down to the deck (like a steamcrave aromamizer) or
3. a separate tank area above or below the deck that is either squeezed into the deck or drips down onto the coil (very few of these, so few I can not even remember the names of them)
I have used both as well as RDAs. Its all about the actual atty. I've used RDAs that are better than some RDTAs and RTAs, RDTAs that are better than some RDAs and RTAs, and RTAs that are better than some RDAs and RDTAs. Some people swear you get the best flavor from an RDA, while I personally feel the flavor I get off a RTA is fine for me. It's all about the individual atty and how you set it up , and your vaping style.

Ah I see. I suppose I just need experience...I’ll get thereDepends on how you set it up and how you use it. There is no one size fits all answer here. Your mod, battery choice, wicking material and coil material all play a hand in the overall experience.

Thanks! I’ve heard good things about the goon/clone so I might get one soonI really like my limitless gold ones and find myself using them more. The wasp nano RDTA is awesome for flavor but filling it is super annoying. I have some goons and goon clones that behave much like the RDA's.

Thanks so much!well when youa sk for recommendations you open a can of worms.
SInce you said you use exotic coils....
I would try limitless rdtas...I had the plus for a while...it's in the drawer half broke form dropping but it gave great flavor for me
I would recommend geekvape griffins and ammits for flavor as well in terms of RTAs
