Hey, it's bad enough trying to compete with pictures of guys who have abs, now we have to deal with a guy who actually does have them?

LOL, kick back and let us know what experiments you want us to come up with for the fiancee :)
Lol my abs still need work though lol

How can anyone have a bad day if you get to spend time wrestling in the floor with your 7 year old kid. Life is good.
Can I get an amen and a hallelujah!

Ethan loves being tickled, and no matter how my day has been spending time tickling him can't help but put a smile on anyone's face because he can only take it for a few moments and then says stop and then tells you where to tickle him next. He'd do this for as long as you are willing to play :)

Lol don't need to lose weight though I walk around at about 195 and cut to 170 for weigh ins
I don't envy your fights, but I do your displine and control. Being able to cut 25 pounds in a matter of weeks is phenomenal.

I've struggled with weight most of my life and have only been able to maintain the of my healthy weight limit through controlled eating and low impact activites like walking and biking.

Now that I've lost the walking and biking, it's been very difficult but I was inspired by that video you posted of the guy doing yoga. The wife and I have been struggling through a lot of financial fallout from my disability but I showed her that video and she and I are committing to each other to start doing yoga every morning together. I will fall as much as the guy in the video, and it's going to hurt, but hopefully I'll be able to do enough to start to begin losing some of the weight I've put on since my my last surgery.

It takes a lot of hard days of training with absolutely no energy, and getting up and getting to the gym when everything in your body screams at you to quit! I love every second of it. There is nothing like it!

As far as the yoga, a freaking men!!! I believe in yoga. It is a CRUCIAL part of my training. I do mixed martial arts six days a week, but I also do yoga twice a day and it helps so much. Don't over do it right out the gate, but I 100% guarantee that little by little you will see it start to work. There is no shame in the blocks or having to do the lower impact stuff. I am an athlete and I have to do those sometimes! Keep at it man and eat healthy, make sure your getting the right amount of sleep and o promise you will get phenominal results!

This is the video incase anyone wants to see
Yep, that's the one. ;)

We have the Shape Up "game" for the Xbox 360 and it has a Tai Chi routine. I tried doing it the other day and liked it. The Kinect feedback is good, but not so sensitive that it is just repeating corrections or pausing all the time when I can't do something. It seemed to handle it okay when I couldn't get into a position so it will probably be a big part of what I do.

There are also yoga "games" you can look into also, I've also found it helps to track you progress by video or by some other means.

When you get discouraged and think you aren't getting anywhere, pop in an old video and see the amazing Ness that is you. It will motivate you beyond belief
