yea and then cupping OMG that helps alot They also put oils on pressure points and use heat packs, I just cant explain it my appointments are 2 hours long twice a week, I leave there in heaven

I HATE a heated massage table. I always ask them to turn the heat OFF. Don't care for any more heat, than I produce.

its not a heated table it these little pads they put right on the points with the oil. They have several different things they do each visit, the only thing thats always the same is a massage
