RX GEN3 running arcticfox ... quick question

Hey guys (and gals),

I'm new here (have been vaping for 2.5 years), although you may have seen me popping in here and there, so I'd like to say, This is one great forum!! Great people, and tons of help from so many!! I will continue to help as much as i can too.

Moving on, I am running arcticfox on my gen3, love this mod, and I have AF on 2 of my picos, so I'm not new to it, but I have a question regarding the charging screen (I know in-mod charging is faux-pas, but my charger is in the mail, and the old one is broken)...

As you can see in the pic, it shows my batteries, but sometimes one of the batteries is "lit up", for a few seconds, then back to normal... (of course it wasn't happening when I wanted to take a picture)

Can anyone explain what that means?

I don't have that mod but if it does balance charging... it will charge individual batts as needed... weakest one gets most juice.....

My RX2 21700 does the same with AF, I noted that when it happens, that batt will read a couple hundredths higher voltage, then once the other catches up, it goes back to normal, so I'd also say it's to do with the balance charging.
