I recently purchased the rx200 and tried running TC with the stainless steel crown coils.

I currently am running 480° F at 50 watts and am hitting temp protection within a second of firing the mod.

Has anyone else ran into this problem or have a work around?

Thanks for any and all help guyd

Are you using the pre-set for 316L or your own TCR value? Which coil, the .5 or .25?

Set up M1 at 108 and play around from there...It won't hurt anything so don't be afraid to mess with it...

Be aware that there's a point at which you might end up not getting any real protection from burning your coil, which would of course defeat the whole purpose behind using TC in the first place. I'm currently using my Uwell Crown 0.25 SS coil at 128-129 on the M1 TCR setting and 55-60 watts of power, and it seems to be the best balance I've been able to achieve so far that ACTUALLY still keeps a good, real temp protection for the cotton inside my coil, but of course as with all things vaping YMMV. Just something to keep in mind, enjoy your vape! :)

5 clicks OFF > hold Fire & Up to enter TCR Adjust Mode > use Fire to toggle between Register and Value > Right & Left to adjust values > hold Fire or just wait a few seconds to Exit.
