A post that I dread making. One of Vapers United vendors is becoming a victim of the FDA redeeming regulations.
Doots it was a pleasure working with you. I'm hoping for the best so we have the chance again.

Hello Everyone,
Major news::::::
Doodlebugsejuice.com
Prices are being lowered.
No more 15ML sizes will be offered.
We will only carry 30-60-120MLS for now.
We have lowered the price of almost all 30ml and 60 ML flavors too:
30MLS = $6
60MLS = $12
120MLS most are = $24
Still have the 3 for $18 deal going on!
We anticipate that the FDA will not approve any flavored e-juices in the future from the way the regs read now.
NETs (naturally extracted tobaccos) will totally be gone. No way will they be approved.
We sell lot of NETS to many satisfied customers.
I don't see any flavored juices being approved by FDA.
Options will be limited. The few companies that do survive the FDA’s new regs will most likely be limited to a menthol and a no flavor choice.
You also won’t see coupon codes coming from us like you use to as we are selling at such low markup it is impossible for us to go any lower and maintain business as usual.
NEWS ON SHIPPING:
We will ship to you free if you spend $20 or more.
Either First Class or Priority if we need to because of weight.
We are offering flat rate first class shipping for $2.50
Priority 2-3 day for just $3. Great deal.
The FDA is going to put almost everyone out of the e juice business. That is what they intend to do. Unless legislation is passed to make the grandfather date Aug 2016 no one will get their juice approved in the premarket approval process. We urge you to support Casaa.org

Contact your state reps to vote for this pending bill and donate like we do to save vaping. CASAA has made it easy for you to contact them from their website. Just click and send message.
If the grandfather date is not changed from Feb 15th 2007 until this year we can kiss vaping goodbye. No one will get their juice approved except maybe Big Tobacco. You will cease to see vape shops and if you want to DIY, you won't even be able to buy Nic.. This too will not be sold to the regular vaping public as a means to control access.
Nic manufacturers will have to undergo the pre-market approval process just like everyone else.
So stock up and get a good freezer.

PS> I think we will not be able to service the state of California after this next week or around June 9th. I need to check their new vape law signed by Gov. Jerry Brown I will let everyone know how this turns out if we can sell online to residents there or not..
This is a sad thing that has happened... It doesn't look good and we will now have the states beginning to make new laws and pass new taxes etc. on vapers and a whole host of regulation to deal with. It is all just about to begin.
Aug 8th all vaper companies are required to begin registering with the FDA and to list every product you sell. No changes can be made to labels or products after this date. No NEW products may be introduced after Aug 8th this year. You will need to begin a Pre-Market application which can cost Tens of thousands of dollars for each and every product just trying to get any new item to Market.
Cost prohibitive imho.
The cost to just keep selling and manufacturing E-juice will cost 100's of thousands of dollars for the existing products to remain being sold after 2018 and none, at this point, are ever expected to get approval from the FDA.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and I hope everyone will contact their state reps: This may help but unless the Grandfather date is changed we are in for a very bad ride.
Thanks and sorry this was so long.
We will remain at least around until Aug 8th of this year. My suggestion would be to stock up with the vendors you do business. Keep all your nic in the freezer. Preferably in glass, but plastic bottles if you have to.
You should get at least several years with no degradation to the nic or flavorings.
We have lowered our prices so we can help you stock up.
We don't see any loop holes in the law. Buying no- nic concentrates or flavors without nic will not be allowed as the FDA has already thought of this and considers it a tobacco product since nic is intended to be added into the liquid. Punishment to companies selling will be a felony for any sale of un-approved devices or e-juice. Not worth the risk.
We haven't given up, but things are looking very bad for the vaping industry in this country.
Thanks
