San Diego’s median rent for 1-bedroom apartments fell 5.6% year over year, while 2-bedroom rents dropped 7.5%. The decline came alongside about a 15% increase in active rental listings, and among the nation’s 20 priciest rental markets, only New Haven saw a steeper 1-bedroom drop. [kpbs.org]
