You need to drink more then. When I can't sleep I just have an espresso single and off to bed. Maybe your tolerance to caffeine is too low

I can't drink much coffee because it's back to fucking with my heartbeats.
My wife drinks 1-2 pods a day. I can do the same with decaff.
This stuff (dark magik) comes in decaff too, but I can only find it online.
It's 'spensive Lucy....

I love coffee. I make 1/2 pot every morning. Last year I skipped a few days here and there due to health issue. I never smoked in the house while drinking coffee. I did smoke on occasion in the basement.
I tried it once before going to work. The other nurses thought I had taken adderal or something. It is strong.
We have a Great Lakes here. Nice coffee house. Better than a StarFucks in my opinion. We had one before. It's packed up and left town.

You should look into the reuseable K cup filter. We have 4 of them. When we buy coffee from the local shop, it comes in a bag. It's hella cheaper to use the filter cup, rather than buy pods.
Most stuff though, like Dark Magik, you can't get in a bag, only pods.
We usually do Dunkin donuts original, Green mountain Nantucket blend, southern pecan or other flavors for evening/relaxing time. But yeah coffee is a regular part of our day.
And yeah pods are expensive but I used to buy 2-3 coffees a day at work. The kcups are still way cheaper and I rarely indulge in anything else for myself, buying vape gear every 3-6 months or so etc.

We have some of those too. 2 reusable cup pods, the mug size and the pitcher size. Only thing we are missing is a grinder. Before I moved I had 2 grinders- one for seasoning and one for coffee. I neglected to pack them though.
I guess I'm a coffee snob, lol. For whatever reason im not a fan of the store bought ground coffee- even when it's the same coffee as the whole bean.
The kcups seam to be the only 'ground coffee' I enjoy. The DD ground and whole bean appear to have a different taste to me.

Damn. I am glad my husband made a big pot this morning. I used to drink espresso, or more than a pot a day, then did tassimo, then keurig. None of it was strong enough, and the refilable cup couldn't pack enough, even with espresso grinds, and it would get too gunked up. My keurig sits there collecting dust...
Now I usually stop at 2 cups of regular but strong pot coffee.
