Scooby-Doo is returning to theaters with a brand-new animated feature film.
The movie, based on Hanna-Barbera Productions' beloved franchise, will be produced by Charles Roven and Richard Suckle. In addition to American Hustle, the pair previously produced both live-action theatrical Scooby-Doo films. Allison Abbate (The Iron Giant) has joined as a producer as well.
"It’s wonderful to be working with this talented and inspired team of filmmakers," Warner Bros. president of worldwide marketing and distribution Sue Kroll said. "We couldn’t ask for better producers than Charles Roven, Richard Suckle and Allison Abbate, who have such affection and respect for this property and know the Hanna-Barbera universe so well.”
