I miss Chad.
That was the thought that kept running through my head as I was watching the first episode of Scream Queens' second season, which manages against all odds to keep continuity with the absurd, flawed, funny first season. There's a similar framing to Season 1, with a mysterious child and a murder kicking off the horror side of the story, but Season 2 seems to be much more interested than riffing off TV hospital dramas than horror tropes.
