I just completed my first build. Switch box. My question is what is the best ohm coil for a dual 18650 series box?

My understanding on an unregulated dual series build that you should not go below like 0.5 or it can be bad

With batteries in series, you have the same max. A, as with a single. The rest is Ohm law.

It depends on your batteries' amp limit. Your max voltage is now 8.4, so amperage = 8.4v / resistance, so your min resistance = 8.4v / amp limit.

I just thought there was a low safe ohm to not go below. Thanx for the input. don't think I'm ready to hit that low on a dual series mod

Same as always, depends on your cells. I tend to run a larger diameter wire with the higher power mods. I like to stay at 24ga, I don't like the heat that resonates in 22gz or larger coils.

I just made a dual coil, 3mm came in at .54 and vapes great on series. When I switch to the parallel setting, feels almost as good even with the longer ramp up time

My next question is at what voltage do I charge the batteries? I'm understanding it to be at 3.3v per battery or at 6.6 on series, which would be considered dead.

I generally change them higher than that, 3.7 to 3.5v
