Just got mine today after surprisingly fast shipping on ebay. Gotta say, I love this thing. I can heat up my 24 gauge as quickly as my cana mod does 28 gauge at 75 watts. I was a little concerned about the connection pin after watching Rip Trippers review, but mine is solid when brought out. Only thing I miss is the ability to lock the wattage like the cana does.

Who else picked this up? What are your thoughts and what new things are you doing with the higher wattage?

I love mine! One of my favourite things is to vape 510 Vapers "Peanut Butter Cookie" at 100w/.5ohms.....fresh out of the oven! I also am vaping "Rear Diff" by Boosted at 75w/.2ohms in an Orchid.....put a slice of pumpkin pie with some pumpkin spice latte in the blender!

I'd probably be in the same frame of mind if not for the sheer number of atty's that I have built at <.2 ohms

How many attys do you have? I am interested in trying a tugboat and prometheus, but with my Plume Veil and Orchid I feel like I don't need anything else.

Does the Sigelei have an adjustable center pin?

Indeed it does. Flathead screwdriver adjustable (copper)

Nothing I can think of. I wish it could fire super sub ohm builds.

I've had mine for about a week and cant put it down. It is very well made: Good fire button, good screen, adjustable pin (although I wish it were not soft copper), and magnet back. Just need to contact Jwraps about a custom design.

I'm using RDA, Kayfuns, Foggers, and even Protanks. No issues.

I've heard that some are having problems with the resistance jumping, but I haven't seen it.

Having the 100W is total overkill, but when you want to push it to the limit, it hits hard. Using 24ga on everything I can.

Sigelei put out a winner.

There is one thing I really don't like about this mod.

I don't have one :(

Yeah me neither but it's looking like this is a real winner , i would definitely go with this over the iPV III . It looks like it's a bit larger than some others but no biggie.

I considered this unit and overall it seems to be doing well based on what I have read.

For what it is worth the performance of the ipv3 is great so far, I have complaints but not with vaping performance. I can't compare it with the Sigelei though as I don't have one, but all the new China releases have some issue or another.

Yes, most have issues of some kind but the P4U drama is just BS, no charger cord on a $100.00+ mod = BS , Asmodus warranty going from one year to six months (if true) and you have to pay shipping both ways and pay an assessment fee = BS , touch fire button is not even wired (if it's true) =BS etc...

I'm curious guys why so of watts? What are the benefits, just got a sigelei and it tops out at 30w, I've read that the aspire nautilis atomizer can only handle 15w so what gives??

I've heard that some are having problems with the resistance jumping, but I haven't seen it.

Now that you mention it, I have seen a bit of this at work. Not sure if the resistance is changing or if the build in ohm reader is off. Will test it out at home. I was a little disappointed about no USB charger, then I realized it would take forever to charge from empty. I got 4 VTC4s so I'm ok but I could see that bothering people.

I like more watts for lower gauge builds. I loved my cana mod for 28 gauge, but I wanted to use my 24 gauge wire and 30 watts would take forever to heat up dual 6 wraps of 24 gauge. With the sigelei, I go between 50 and 75 watts and it heats right up (75 watts is if I take a hit every couple minutes, lower watts for chain vaping).

As for the nautilis, even on my cana I would vape that between 11 and 15. At 15 it was burning out a coil a day. I use the sigelei for dripping and, if I can fit 6 wraps 24 gauge in my orchid, then my orchid.

The BVC coils don't burn out at 12-15 watts in a day , they can handle higher heat and when you want to change flavors put the heads in boiling water for a few minutes , just like new. I can't imagine going 15 watts on the BDC heads.

Preaching to the choir on this one. I have run into all those issues with the ipv3. That is why I rate the devise as good in performance but have issues with what you listed. Also to be clear Asmodus still lists on their site that P4U products are covered for one year, unless they changed it recently. Bottom line is P4U sucks in some areas. Not sure how true it is but the rumor going around is that Sigelei and P4U are both owned by the same parent corporation, I have not cared to look into it but some ppl are saying it.

I have both the ip3 and the sigelei 100 watt, by far the sigelei is my favorite. I really like the battery compartment in the sigelei over the ipv3. Also my ipv3 box will get hot when i sub ohm faster than my sigelei. I usually build around .25 to .3 at 40 to 45 watts. If you start to chain vape the ipv3 gets pretty hot. I have had it shut down due to the heat. I have taken the exact rda off my ipv3, put it on my sigelei, chained vaped it the same way with no problems.

From what I understand, the resistance jumping was caused by the super soft copper center pin that came with the first run units. If you had to screw it out it became wobbly and wouldnt make a solid connection with the center pin on the atty causing the resistance to go nuts. Also some people were stripping them out because they didn't understand what reverse threading was. I think they replaced the center pin with a copper coated brass pin. If yours has "100w" in white lettering just below the screen, it's most likely the 2nd run with the fixed pin. Mine says 100w on it and I haven't had any problems. Most of the videos I've seen where people are having this problem had early releases or very low production number and they didn't have the 100w logo printed on it.

I have zero issues with the devices performance as that has never been an issue , they perform well , it's the after the sale BS that i find insulting.

Yeah , i don't go above 15 watts , i don't think they are at their best any higher than that and since they aren't cheap i don't want to burn them out too quickly either.

got mine a few weeks ago and i havnt had any problems at all. it performs well with all my toppers(cltv2,lemo tank, plume 1.5 clone, vls vulcan, mutation x, and foggerv4.1.). its my allday mod. im thinking of getting a silver one, as my backup.really awesome to use. also, my sweet spot is usually around 20 to 30watts. i only use 4 sony vtc5s, and it last a day and a half. kicks major butt.

I have the silver and am thinking about getting a black one just to match my black plume veil. Though I also want to get some custom graphics on it. Not sure how that would be done though.

Got mine on Tuesday and I absolutely love it!! I got the silver one and it came with some carbon fiber stickers for the sides. Looks great!!! I was so excited when it arrive that I put my genny on, and just fired it and didn't even realize that out of the box its set for 100W. Popped that coil in .5 seconds. I'm running my dual coil RSST at .3ohms and 45-50WW and it works so well. Best part, I used it all day today and right now the battery is still at 87%!!!!

I want to see protective cases for these mods like cell phones have instead of these grossly overpriced vinyl wraps , real protection like a Vaporshark sharkskin cover .

Now that would be worth $12.00 -$20.00 bucks but paying that for vinyl is outright theft imo .

I got this wrap from jwraps. They make them so the wrap covers up the screw holes that don't get used.

Well just ordered 2 customs for my Sigelei and Cana. Looking forward to what they come up with. As if I didn't have enough bad reasons to buy more vape gear I don't need, now I have 1 more. I still have 2 designs I want.

I forgot the fight club soap graphic. Need 3 more mods.

Well I just built 8 wraps on 24 gauge on a plume veil 1.5 and it is amazing. Now that I have a mod that can handle it, I'll be ordering some 22 and 20 gauge.

What's the story on the orchid? I was considering a kayfun but now I'm torn, any flavor chasers got me some input?

Native dual coil build deck, increased airflow.....basically tons of flavour with suprising cloud production from an RTA. Kayfuns have a lot of customising options...but Orchids are quickly catching up to to the mutually compatible threading.

I love my Sigelei 100 watt mod! I took the screws out of the cover and it hasn't fallen off yet. My Wife dislikes "box mods" but, she waiting for me to buy her a Segelei 100 watt mod. I'm running 22GA x 2, 8 wraps ,3mm @ .2ohms vaping UJJW on a UD IGO M mod @ 38.5 watts and it's a cloudy day every day! I'm in Heaven!!!! Phipp

I have a kafun mini and an orchid. For me the orchid is the best tank I've used. The deck is small compared to a dripper, but bigger than anything else I've seen besides genesis styles. My biggest gripe with it is the tank size. Because the chimney takes up so much space, it holds about 2.5 ml. But yea, the vapor is more than any other non-genesis tank for me. Same with the taste.

How low can you build it without melting stuff or getting dry hit?

EDIT: Because Reading hurts.

I have build dual 8 wraps 28 gauge and dual 6 wraps 24 gauge. It is all stainless steel chimney and deck. Because the chimney and deck size are somewhat limiting on low gauge wire, I would think that if you can fit it without shorting on the chimney it will run fine.

Because of the quad juice channels, I have never gotten a dry hit as long as there is juice.

It is similar. It's basically a 4 juice channel kayfun with a larger deck/chimney, more airflow, and seems designed for dial coil.
