Hello,
Am-I alone or did it happen to others?
Bought a SIGELEI 75W VARIABLE BOX MOD WITH TEMPERATURE CONTROL back around last October and it started to fire on its own. Luckily, i was nearby when it started. The button looks like being in good shape and the odd thing is that is does it once in a while with no partner I can identify.
Pressing the button a few times stops it.
About a week after it started doing this, it no longer function. It shows me a message when I load a fresh battery and nothing else happens "P75 v2.1 20150831-0-8.5V" Which to me looks like its firmware version.
I live in canada and had to reach out to what appears to be SIGELEI's outsourced support http://www.pacificsmoke.com/#!warrantyinformation/cc32
I wrote to them twice and never received an answer from them
I also wrote to SIGELEI to mention the no-answer from their canadian'support.. still nothing received from them.
BTW: I work from home in front of a computer, thus the unit gets a pretty easy life with me. I own many other models of mod including another SIGELEI and this is the only MOD with which i have experienced this. My local store in Quebec city says they never heard of such a behavior.
Looking forward to hear from other in the community
Cheers,
Frank
