Very nice, that looks great and it really does look easy to make.
I don't have a 3d printer or anything but I think this idea will inspire variations.

I thought about a tumbler-style mixer but couldn't figure out how to mount different sized bottles. Right now I'm using an old jigsaw, a clamp, and a velcro strap. It's violent, the opposite of a gentle tumbler. :-\

Check at your local library and see if thay have a " MakerSpace " . Lots do , thats whare thay have 3d printers that anyone can use .

I haven't really researched prices, but I've seen small-bottle paint mixer machines for sale --for craft paints, mainly, so the bottle size is roughly comparable to a bottle of e-liquid. I've always just shaken my bottles by hand, but if I start mixing for a few more people that's going to get difficult, so I may look into this more & if I find a reasonably priced solution I'll post.

I have found that the cheap little frothing mixer speeds up DIY for me. Sure this tumble method looks cool.
