Folk singer/songwriter Dion DiMucci is suing Bethesda over a Fallout 4 commercial that contains what he calls a "repugnant and morally indefensible images".
DiMucci's song, "The Wanderer" was used in a Fallout 4 commercial with the same name (you can view it below). PCGamesN reports DiMucci had an agreement with record label UMG Recordings to allow any of his songs to be licensed for advertising, but claims it included a clause that meant the singer had to personally approve any commercial that used his music. DiMucci says that Bethesda never reached out to him.
DiMucci found the commercial objectionable because it "featured repeated homicides in a dark, dystopian landscape, where violence is glorified as sport." As a result, the musician believes the ads damaged his image.
