Seems i see alot of dual coil rda and dual or optional single coil...Other than a mini rda like a smok, where do i find a full size 22mm single coil only RDA with 2 posts and not 3?

The magma has two posts and can be single coil. I just got a clone today from a B&M, put a 1.1 ohm 26g kanthal single and that thing tastes great.

True dat on the Magma. A great flavor machine, have one on my table in my rotation. If you're budget concious, get the clone Magma by Infinite (some newer ones are called "Lava"). The quality is so on par with the authentic that some YouTube reviewers doing comparisons were getting them confused.

Im looking for single coil because ive only got 30w to work with for now..I know a single 26g should work just fine with that...it does on my subtank nano anyways.

Still looking for more options though if anyone has them.

Are there any with a single air flow hole in the center like an RTA but considered a dripper?..Or even a single coil design with air holes in the cap instead of the base?

A mutation x v3 is like that with holes in the cap and not the base and can be single. I use mine exclusively single at pretty much 22 watts all the time with a 1 to 1.5 ohm coil. The key on that one for taste is reducing the air flow. The cap can be set for single coil. Authentic is cheap.

The Holmes V2 is a two post atty. It has bottom air flow control but with raised air tubes so that it doesn't leak like the Magma. You may want to block one of the tubes but I run mine in single coil mode at times with both open and just dial down the airflow control ring.

Ive always wanted a holmes. I had a magma and it was eternally wet and the airflow was way too restrictive (I hated it).
Do you have a Holmes? People seem to really like them.

Yeah, but I've got a dual coil in it right now that's lower ohms than I care for so not using it as much as others. It has the largest juice well of anything I have. Need to rebuild it soon. Just found out the Tobh Chuff cap fits on it.

I have had both the magma (infinite) and the Holmes. The flavor was definitely better in the magma, and after a few fixes (dremel out the base around the airholes under the coil so that the juice wouldnt puddle and add another hole into the top cap at coil height) the airflow was great. The other problem that I had with the holmes is that it just held so much heat compared. The little heat fins on the top dont do much lol

Where exactly did you drill it out? Magma is my first favorite other then the drool lol! Want to modify mine but rather lost as to where to begin.))
Manta v2 is on my wish list as a single coil, I prefer to run a single parallel on my drippers, I may try out a clone for it. I much prefer single coils and that one peaks my interest ^^

i put a 5/16 hole in the top cap right above the threads (about where the coil would sit). was a mother to put in there, that cap is thick lol. Just make sure to mark where the coil would be while you have the top screwed all the way down so your hole is directly in the middle of the 2 posts

Velocity RDA has two posts. Just read a review of the Tobeco clone here on the forum somewhere.

Manta v2 RDA. Great flavor, good vapor, ZERO LEAKING - which is more than can be said of the Magma :)

I reckon the Manta v2 is more flavorful than anything I've tried - including the Magma, but with one small caveat: for full, crazy flavor, you have to close off one of the two air intakes. For me, that makes the draw too tight. If you want enough air to take a direct lung hit, you have to open up both air intakes, at the cost of a little flavor.

Would the Veritas with a single non vertical coil compare to the manta v2 or magna?
