Hi Guys. I've just started meddling in making my own juices due to the legality issues of ejuices where I'm from. I can only make zero nicotine juices and I've got a good supplier of Capella flavours in my area. Looking to do a 1 flavor juice so any recommendations?

Also, I like getting that menthol hit so I'll be adding methol crystals+pg into my juices as well. What is the recommended dose of menthol?

Are you against using things other then CAP?
These are all singles that I have mixed

FW Black Cerry 5% - strong flavor, mild medicine throat effect, and the effect seems to decline with steeping.
FW Blueberry 3% - fucking wonderful, even better with 1% FA Marshmallow
FW Blueberry Cotton Candy 3% - ok by itself, but it will taste much better if you add 2% FW Blueberry
FW Candy Cane 5%
FW Caramel Candy 5%
FW Cotton Candy 3%
FW Cinnamon Red Hot 2.5% - Stong. But cinnamon really depends on your personal preference.
CAP French Vanilla 5%
FW Fudge Brownie 5%
FW Gummy Bear 5% - I'm not fond of the flavor itself.
FW Jawbreaker 3%
FW Natural Lemonade 2.5% - fucking wonderful
FW Sweet Tangerine 5%
FW Strawberry Shortcake 2%
CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 5%
CAP Vanilla Custard V2 10% - ok by itself, this is the main ingredient of many custard e-liquids.
FW Wild Cherry 5% - Strong medicine throat hit, but it's smooth. The effect on the throat is why Wild Cherry is used in medicine.
FW Wintergreen 10% - Fine at 5%, but like cinnamon, this depends on personal preference and I like it on the stronger side

I use a few CAP flavors as stand alones, but most taste better with a little Sweet Cream or Marshmallow.
CAP Blackberry 2-3%
CAP Blueberry 4-5%
CAP Vanilla Bean Ice Cream 5%
CAP NY Cheesecake 1-5%
CAP Cake Batter 1-5%
CAP Sweet Tangerine 5%
CAP Orange Creamsicle 5-10%

Not to sure how menthol goes with these as I don't use it myself.
Some of the peppermint types are close tho, like FW Candy Cane.

I recommend you start on the low side of the Cap flavor percentage suggestions and work your way up to the level you desire. As a single flavor, Cap Sweet Tangerine is one of my favorites. I like it @ 13%

In regards to menthol, I suggest you put the word...

crystals

...in the search box on this page. Your results will be some very nice posts from AmandaD and lirruping to get you started.

Mix 1 mg Menthol crystals into 10 ml PG/VG. You can help to desolve the crystals by warming the PG/VG.
