I'm not going to immediately attempt something like this without discussing it here as i don't want another explosion to make the vaping community look bad towards the general public and mainstream media

So... i've got myself a mech mod that hold a single 18650 battery but i managed to fit in two 18350's inside...
Knowing it's in series, that the voltage doubles to 8.4v and the amp rating remains unchanged..

I've built a build that will not pull more than 20 amps but i'm not sure whether this "sleeper double stack" is anywhere close to being a good idea...

BTW, the build has been tested on a friends Noisy Cricket 22mm.. doesnt blow up.. it's coming out to 0.7 ohms

I have not fired it yet..

Most 18350 cells top out around 7 amps.

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N910A using Tapatalk

Darn... i'll take a look at my batteries... they are Efests... but i don't trust the printed ratings on Efests...

Might get some AWT's

I've seen some batteries that tolerate up to 12 amps

The bare minimum resistance for a build would be 0.8.. at 8.4 volts it will draw 10.50 amps and hit with 88 watts (pretty much enough for a rowdy dual clapton build)

About the idea of stacking batteries... it will work predictably fine since some mech tubes already do that with dual 18650 configurations anyway (like the stacked Avidlyfe mods)

The runtime would be predictably low.... it's definitely not gonna last you long enough.... it's probably a pocket rocket in my opinion... good for a short cloud chasing session...

An unsuspecting single battery mech tube that hits at 8.4 volts and takes 0.8 ohm builds and above...

Will be firing a 0.8 ohm build soon..
