i just got another smok alien this past weekend and it was working fine and the batteries are charged and its not working, the batteries work in the other smok alien how do i fix the new one

Make sure the battery door is fully closed and secured. Try installing the usb cable and plug it in. (with batteries installed, obviously). Do you have 2 pairs of batteries charged fully on an external charger? Click the fire bar 5 times a couple times. If still not working, try contacting the store you bought it from and ask for an exchange. I have had 2 Aliens over a year now, and both have worked flawlessly. Good luck, and welcome to VU. Also, not to be a jerk, but make sure the batteries are installed in the correct orientation...
