SMOK BEC Pro 510 thread problem

Got this about a month ago and loved it. The only problem I have had with it was the threading. Completely stripped! I've had to get the ego to ego adapter to use my nautilus tanks on it. Has anyone else had this problem? Possible remedies to fix the threads?

Where did you buy it? Is it covered by warranty by chance? If so in the future you could put an adapter on there so that you are not screwing and unscrewing into the 510 on the actual device but rather just the adapter threads, if they get screwed up just put on a new adapter. Keeps your 510 on the device like new. Not for everybody but an option.

That's exactly what I'm doing. I love the mod but the threads were made out of cheese! I bought it on eBay and the vendor is communicating with smok to see what they can do. In the future I'm buying adapters for all my devices just to keep everything new in case I want to sell it in the future
