Smok osub problem

So, hello guys, i bought this kit (Smok osub plus) like few weeks ago, everything was fine, but i was vaping yesterday, and i saw, that these buttons (+ and -) is soo hard to press, can you guys tell me, what to do? Is this normal?

so, as you can see, the first button (+) is higher, than the second button (-), and that second button is almost jammed, and its hard to press it, can you tell me, how to lift up that second button?

If you have any fingernails you could press the nail too it and slide it off kind of jarring it back into position... thats what I do on stuck buttons. Just press it in with the fingernail and slide it off while still pressing it in.... Jeez its a little tough to explain I hope you get my meaning.

There's probably some debris causing it to stick like that.Or a small burr in the metal.
First get a wood toothpick and gently scrape around the button.This should remove any debris which might be fouling the button.Now turn the device so the button is facing down and gently tap it against the palm of your hand.
Turn the device back over so the button faces up it should be in a normal position, if it is not then you got a bigger problem.
